Overview

A website for an authentic Italian restaurant in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The site showcases the menu, atmosphere, and enables direct reservations through WhatsApp integration.

The Challenge

The restaurant needed an online presence that captured the warmth of traditional Italian cuisine while being practical — customers needed to easily view the menu, see the ambiance, and make reservations without friction. The site had to load fast on mobile, as most customers browse from their phones.

Our Approach

We used Next.js for static generation, resulting in near-instant page loads. The design focused on rich food photography and clean typography to let the cuisine speak for itself. WhatsApp integration was added for reservations, matching how most customers in the DR already communicate with businesses. The entire site was built in 3 weeks from design to deployment.
